Archtop Guitars
I build acoustic archtops pulling inspiration from the 1920’s and 1930’s. I offer a 16” or smaller 15” model and either are available with F holes or a round sound hole.
Flat top Guitars
My flat tops are steeped in the traditions of golden era Martin and Gibson acoustics while incorporating modern improvements and a multi-period aesthetic. I offer a variety of flat top acoustics with a focus on smaller body sizes.
Classical Guitars
My classicals are inspired by the great builders Torres and Hauser. They are braced with a traditional fan pattern and utilize a traditional Spanish heel neck joint. I personally craft my rosettes and many purflings, a practice that is increasingly showing up in my other models.
Romantic Era
Somewhat of a period piece, I have taken inspiration from guitars from the early 19th Century. Much smaller than modern guitars, the lower bout measures less than 12” wide with a 3 1/4” body depth. Some key features are a traditional Ice Cream Cone neck heel, a ladder braced top and a figure eight pegged with violin style planetary tuners.
